With over two decades of experience in Chicagoland real estate and a decade-long foundation in finance at JPMorgan Chase, Sanina brings a rare combination of Wall Street discipline and Main Street commitment to every transaction.

As the CEO and Executive Managing Broker of ReCHRG, Inc., she specializes in the transactions that demand the most: custom home builds, land acquisition, move-up buyers, multi-family buildings, and sellers who expect and receive top dollar. Her clients are not looking for an order taker. They want a strategist. Sanina delivers both.

A Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses graduate, published author, and Crain's Chicago Business contributor, Sanina is as comfortable presenting a market strategy to investors as she is walking a first-generation buyer through the closing table. She holds FINRA Series 6 & 63 investment licenses, a credential that sets her apart in an industry where most agents only understand one side of the balance sheet.

Sanina's passion runs deeper than the deal. She is a fierce advocate for expanding homeownership in historically underserved communities, serves as Illinois Director of the Alliance for Housing Progress, and leads ReCHRG Agent University; training the next generation of high-performance real estate professionals. She is a past President of the Dearborn Realtist Board and a recognized voice in affordable and community development housing across the South Side and south suburbs.

When she is not negotiating on behalf of her clients, Sanina is a devoted wife and mother of four — grounded in faith, fueled by purpose, and committed to her community at Bright Star Church.
